What is the difference between HIIT Studio and any other Gym?

We are right there with you, starting with you at whatever level of fitness or physical limitations you may have. We work with all our members one-on-one, adjusting exercises to your capability and making every workout accessible and challenging. So whether your fitness is world-class, or you just starting out- be prepared to be challenged.

Our classes are capped at 6 participants per session so that we are able to give every participant a safe, fun and effective workout.

We place emphasis on learning new, functional movements, and we build on skills that can be applied to make you healthier, fitter and stronger for real life.

If your workout doesn’t make you better, stronger, more capable, energetic and confident, then why are you doing it?

Do I need to be fit to start?

No, but you need to start in order to get fit 😉

Seriously, we accommodate all ages and fitness levels. Be sure to listen to the advice of our coaches, they are there to guide you and keep you safe.

What should I bring to a session?

Water and a towel and comfortable workout clothes.

Do I need to book for classes?

Yes, booking your class is required.
