All classes need to be booked on our Booking System.

Class Types (Focus Days)

Mondays: Lower Body Focus (Glutes, Hamstrings, Quads)

Tuesdays: Boxing,Upper Body Pull

Wednesdays: Core and Cardio (Full Body and Core) Wednesday classes are at Red X CrossFit, next to HIIT Studio

Thursdays: Boxing, Upper Body Push 

Fridays: Lower Body (Glutes, Lower Back, Hamstrings)

Saturdays: Cardio (Full Body) Saturday Classes are at Red X CrossFit, next to HIIT Studio.

All Public Holiday classes are at Red X CrossFit, next to HIIT Studio.
