This 6 Week Challenge helps you kick-start your Fitness and Weight Loss journey and challenges you to create habits for a healthier lifestyle.
The Challenge is open to members and non-members of HIIT Studio and is suitable for all fitness levels. You can also take part in the Challenge online (training at home or at your gym), if you are not close to HIIT Studio.
Each Challenge includes the following:
- Pre-challenge nutritional assessment, lifestyle assessment and goal setting
- Before and After InBody Scan (provides detailed Body Composition Analysis, including Body fat percentage and lean muscle mass percentage)
- Eating plan
- Customised training plan (3x per week at HIIT Studio)
- Private Facebook group for support, including activities, tips and lifestyle challenges
- Post-challenge debrief with free nutritional guide to help maintain your weight loss

This 6 Week Challenge teaches you about calories and macronutrient balance. It shows you how to eat for optimal body composition, while still being able to include the foods you love.
Please note: This Challenge does require that you weigh and measure your food.We would generally recommend that participants do the Beginner/Intermediate Weight-loss and Healthy Eating Challenge to give you a basic understanding of the principles for life-long weight-loss, while also not requiring a lot of weighing and measuring of food, which can be overwhelming. However, if you are up for the challenge, you can start out with the Macro-Tracking Challenge if you prefer.
