This short intense class will leave you energised, fitter and healthier than before. All in 30 Minutes!

There are two different types of classes:

HIIT30 Strength

HIIT30 Strength has a focus on building strength using dumbbells, kettlebells etc. We will do a structured warm-up, technique explanation and get into the strength set. We will focus on all the different muscle groups:

Monday- Lower Body
Tuesday- Full Body
Wednesday- Upper Body

Friday- Core

HIIT30 FIT is a high intensity full body workout that will get your heart rate up and get the calories burning! Class will start with a Warm Up, Technique explanation and then the workout, with a short cool down/stretch session afterwards.

Initially we are trialling these classes at the following times on Monday, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays

6:30am (FIT)
7:00am (Strength)
7:30am (FIT)
18:00 (Strength)
18:30 (FIT)
